Adulting i.e Working a corporate job can be stressful. I’m the lead drafter at Hoosier Energy, and I love it. The people I work with are amazing, there’s no drama, and I can get my work done in peace (which was definitely not the case at my old job).

I’m leading a huge project right now, the biggest I’ve ever done, and for the first time, I feel genuinely needed and appreciated at work. Even though I work from home, the team always makes sure I feel included.

I’ve officially been working here for a year! I even got an automated email congratulating me!

Shoutout to K8, who is always working, always on, and thriving in a remote culture that gets it. Because any brainstorm after 7pm ET deserves a 🍺.
