Oh bother… it’s Wednesday? I got so caught up in life that I totally missed Sunday. Well, here it is!

Winter! Phil says six more weeks! I’m really feeling it. The constant battle between wanting to be under BLANKIE and the reality of a suddenly being very busy at work is real. I even had to schedule a Teams meeting! Trying to find that work/life balance again.

Yesterday, I had Hot Pot with Sierra for a ladies who lunch time. Neither of us had ever tried it before, and it was so good. I got a little bear made of extra broth—it was spicy and perfect. Can’t wait to order it again!

Next week, K8 is off on a work trip… which means… I GET TO BUG 🧬 !!!! And then get hugged nonstop when she gets back. SISTER DAY!!! Family time is undefeated.

Sad I’ll be missing Valentine’s Day with King Bob, but we got a rare hiking permit for a super exclusive Grand Canyon trail at the end of April! Also trying to sneak in a trip to Arches!!
