We were on a small hiatus! ~* Summer break *~ We were getting ready for the Baby Shower and our Sister-moon!

The Baby Shower was a hit! It was really fun! I’m so grateful for everyone who came to celebrate with me. Baby Xander is going to feel so loved. I loved all the books everyone brought and wrote in.

K8 and I went on a Sister-moon to LA! It was our version of a babymoon, just for sisters. One last big trip before I become a mommy. We co-worked, laughed a lot, visited friends, and made so many core memories before everything starts to shift.

We went to the Beverly Hills Hotel to see Legally Blonde and it was such a great experience! We got to sit outside on lawn lounging chairs and enjoy some nachos, candy, popcorn, and warm donuts.

It was especially nice because they had mocktails alongside the cocktails, and there were other pregnant ladies in attendance!

This trip was really special. It was fun juggling meetings with K8 while still making time to enjoy ourselves. We rode in a bunch of Waymos. It was my first time!! On Fridays, the Waymo says “Happy Friday,” which made us laugh every time.

We got to go to the Tesla Diner twice. The food was really good. We saw the hustle and bustle of all the Teslas trying to park in the lot and the long line to get food and merch. But not us. I was actually the first person to buy a T-shirt that day. No waiting in line for us. We came, we saw, we shopped.

I’m sad our Sister-moon ended, but now I'm on my Babymoon and Anniversary trip with King Bob and that should be really fun.
