We hope this newsletter finds you well! 🤣 Q2 is creeping up, and the extra daylight is very much appreciated. How’s 2025 treating you so far? And if you’re doing Lent, how’s that been?
For Lent, K8 decided to cut back on the weekend “Netflix & chill” —actually leaving the house instead of letting autoplay take over. Yesterday, she went out with B & Pete, and today she went with Kyle and her family to watch FDU Women’s Basketball (her aunt’s the coach!) clinch the championship and punch their ticket to March Madness.
While I navigate this next chapter of my life, I’m focusing on healing and setting better boundaries. If someone doesn’t support what I want to do next… do I really need them in my life?
It won’t be easy, but I’m also working on breaking toxic cycles and making sure I’m as happy as I can be.
A habit we’d love to break? Biting our nails and stressing over things we can’t control. The plan: keep our nails done and covered. Small steps, but we’re getting there.
