The sun’s hanging around longer!! But then it disappears and I’m still in work mode while Gink’s just a stuffed animal on the couch, texting and calling me to power down already. Meanwhile, the outside mocks us: “Hola!?” It only gets harder as summer creeps closer and the days keep stretching. In Michigan, the sun sets around 9PM!
We’re setting a daily calendar invite: the sun break.
Five to ten minutes outside pretending you’re a tulip. Even when it’s cloudy. Especially when the weather’s been giving emotional instability. Woo, no more cold or snow until October?! November?! Try sitting outside while you work.
