Being an adult during the summer is tough. Unlike when we were kids, there's no summer vacation to fully enjoy the weather and vibes. Now, everything depends on PTO and workload.

K8 and I have been leaning on each other to make it through the summer without it turning into a bummer. Balancing the desire to take PTO but not wanting to waste it while needing to stay productive is challenging. It’s tough to sit inside or be tied to the house for WiFi when the weather is calling you outside. Plus, seeing friends on fab Euro vacations, yachts, and at the beach doesn’t make it any easier.

We've been encouraging each other to take our work outside to the porch or backyard. It helps to break the monotony and bring some joy to our workdays. Just don’t get too distracted—make sure you get your work done and reward yourself when you’re finished.

This summer has been heavy for the #GinkBob household, but we're supporting each other with all the encouragement we can find. We’re trying our best to make it a not-so-bummer summer, but honestly, we love fall and winter more anyway. I love my job, but sometimes I love the outdoors more. K8 is doing a great job keeping me positive, and if you need any support, reach out—we’d love to co-work with you.

The 2024 Hungarian Grand Prix was the sassiest race of the season, a showcase of passion and strategy, culminating in a dramatic victory for Oscar Piastri, who secured his first F1 win!! Piastri's journey began with a bold move at the first turn, where he outmaneuvered both Norris and Verstappen to take the lead.

Despite building a significant lead, a pit stop strategy saw Norris regain the front position. McLaren’s decision to switch the drivers demonstrated their focus on ensuring Piastri's win, a move that, while controversial, underscored the intricate strategies that define F1 racing.

It was McLaren’s first one-two finish since 2021.

Sir Lewis Hamilton took third securing his 200th podium finish!

Max Verstappen was extra spicy this morning.
