Our streak was broken last week, and we didn't send a newsletter. 😭 It was a rough few days. We did have our highly anticipated girl’s day with Maggie & danced around as a Bear (Gink), Shark (Maggie), & Cthulhu (me)!

Holidays in the middle of the work week can really mess with your mental health. I just had three in a row: Juneteenth, my birthday, and July 4th. While a day off sounds nice, it disrupts the flow of the week and adds stress. You get into a productive routine, then a holiday breaks it up, leaving you to scramble and catch up the next day. It’s hard to get back into the groove, and that constant shift can be mentally exhausting.
